Walk and Talk - IVCP
A friendly group who meet for a walk and talk in the park. The walk is up to 3km in distance at a relaxed pace. It is mostly on surfaced tracks but sometimes includes walking up a slope and after rain the ground conditions can be slippery. Walking boots and sticks are recommended.

Walk and Talk - Lakeside
A guided walk to meet new people, chat and explore the Country Park. The walk is a distance of up to 2 km at a relaxed pace.
Parking is free
Refreshments are available for the cost of £1 for a hot drink and a biscuit. Cash only please
Waterproof footwear is recommended

Walk and Talk Bursledon
Join a circular guided walk at a relaxed pace around Old Bursledon. This walk is 2.5km and is of moderate difficulty as it has slopes with uneven ground.
Some of the walk is along unsurfaced path and can be quite muddy in places. Walking boots/wellies are advisable.
As the focus of the walks is to spot wildlife, dogs are not permitted. (The walk at Lakeside is open to dogs on leads)
Refreshments are provided. There is limited seating next to the car park so feel free to bring a deck chair for your comfort.
Meeting place -Great Down Car Park off Long Lane, Bursledon

Walk and Talk Hamble
Join a circular guided walk of 3km passing through Hamble common and along the coastal path. Ground conditions are uneven in places and the footpath can be very wet after rain and high tide. Walking boots/wellies are advisable.
We have refreshments in the Mercury Hub after the walk
As the focus of the walks is to spot wildlife, dogs are not permitted on the walks. (The walk at Lakeside is open to dogs on leads)
Meeting place- The Mercury Library and Hub on High Street in Hamble. Parking is available on Copse Lane.

Walks for Beginners
Join a slow walk of up to 2km. The pace and distance will be adaptable according to the group's needs.
Meet at Mount Pleasant Playing Field car park on Hamble Lane.
The walk will be mostly on a hard surface but does include a slope.
